Gifts to CBSM directly support our students and programs; we thank you for your generosity and belief in the power of the CBSM student experience. We would especially appreciate your contribution to the following funds:
- CBSM Student Support: Gifts address student support such as student organizations, academic competitions, and experiential learning opportunities.
- CBSM Student Retention Scholarships (UAF CBSM Alumni Endowment Spendable): Gifts support micro-awards which provide one-time financial assistance to students who are struggling and need a little extra help. These scholarships cover fees that financial aid packages do not cover or students simply cannot afford. This little bit of help may be just the extra boost a student needs to succeed.
- CBSM Dean's Excellence Support Fund (CBSM Unrestricted Support): Gifts address areas of greatest need and opportunity - from faculty and program support, to facilities and equipment, to scholarships and awards.
During this transition period from the School of Management to the College of Business and Security Management, you will see either or both the SOM and CBSM names used while we work through the complex and detailed name change process. We remain committed to providing the same high-quality education you have come to expect from the premier business school in Alaska.
